How to make a reservation?

Equipmet
Rental
Hiretel’s
rental rates assure you the optimal price for
the length of your trip. Customers are billed
the daily rate until the rental amount reaches
the weekly/monthly rate. At that time, your
rental will automatically switch to the most
preferential rate. You will never be billed
in excess of the monthly rental rate.
Airtime
Incoming- outgoing Airtime
Customers are responsible for the total airtime
used as shown in the meter usage and for each
incoming, outgoing, completed, incomplete or
attempted call in full minute increments. All
call charges quoted are average per minute rates
and may be subject to change without notice.
Though call rates vary slightly by network and
time of day, Hiretel
uses its best efforts to present accurate per
minute rates within each country.
All missed calls diverted to VoiceMail and calls
to check VoiceMail are subject to charge as
an incoming or outbound call.
Calls
Incoming calls in Spain
Hiretel will
not charge the incoming calls when customer
is in Spain.
Outgoing
Local calls
They are calls made in the country where customer
is. It does not matter that the cellular has
its base in Spain.
International
Roaming
All calls received in other country than Spain
will be charged roaming costs depending where
customer is.
Others
Theft & Loss Protection
Clients selecting Theft & Loss Protection
are only responsible for a deductible of $150.00
if the equipment is stolen, lost or damaged.
Clients declining Theft & Loss Protection
are responsible for a maximum of $400.00 if
the equipment is stolen, lost or damaged. In
either case, a police report is requested should
the equipment be stolen.
Itemized
Billing
An itemized billing charge of $2.50 will appear
on each Hiretel
invoice in which calls are present. The invoice
will itemize each call made or received, the
number dialed, the number from which a call
was received (if available) and the charge for
the call.
Credit
card authorization
Hiretel will
take an authorization from your credit card
or a deposit. Authorization is not a deposit,
but only a hold on the funds, lasting between
24-72 hours depending on the issuing bank. Hiretel
maintains the right to charge and reauthorize
your credit card each time your account balance
reaches the authorization amount.
Delivery
Options
Hiretel's
standard Canada delivery typically arrives by
3:30pm (business address) and 7:30pm (residential
address).

If you require a different type of delivery,
Hiretel will
do its best to arrange delivery within your
time frame at the most competitive rate.
How
to make a reservation?
To place an order is easy with Hiretel.
- Select the country you are going to from
the options in the drop-down list on top of
the rental plan or in the international service
section in the homepage and you will be directed
to the respective webpage.
- Select the rate plan that best suits your
needs. Please, click the corresponding button
just below the rate plan explanation. You
will be directed to the Reservation Form page.
Also, you can download it to your PC.
- Print our reservation form already coded
according to the rate plan selected. Fill
out the Reservation Form not forgetting to
mention the delivery address, credit card
billing address (important) and the period
of rental.
- 4. Sign and fax the Reservation Form, along
with a copy of your credit card and valid
picture ID (driver license or passport) to
the number indicated in our Reservation Form.
- After receiving and processing your reservation,
you will be contacted via e-mail with your
confirmation number and assigned telephone
number.
